We
have discovered a mistake on the year-end forms we sent
to the churches. The 2005 number on Line 51,
Benevolences paid directly by local church, is actually
the total of Line 50, Other Benevolences paid to the
conference treasurer. The database and the numbers for
2005 are correct. In merging the data for the 2006
report, the programmer clicked on Line 50 instead of the
2005 total for Line 51.
I hope
this makes it easier to answer questions. I?ve only had
two churches call me regarding this error.
