The Conference worship committee is planning some
special projects and requests your help related to the Annual Conference
theme "Sharing Our Faith Stories."

The Conference Worship Committee
How do you share your faith story? Please submit up to 15 photos
depicting the faith story at your UMC: people, programs, worship,
outreach, missions, etc. The photos you submit will be considered for
use in a special art project at the 2007 SWTX Conference Annual meeting
in Corpus Christi , TX . All photos submitted should meet the following
criteria:
Technical Requirements: High resolution images of all sizes are highly
desired (up to 5 MB can be emailed to photos@finelinecreative.net.
Larger files? Send us an email to make other delivery arrangements).
Scans and photographs of all sizes at 300 dpi/ppi are best. Low
resolution (below 150 dpi/ppi) photos may be submitted, but inclusion in
the art project cannot be guaranteed. Photos that have been displayed at
72 dpi/ppi on a web site are highly discouraged.
Creative Requirements: All photos should be in focus and offer good
color. We want to tell your faith stories through pictures. Photos
depicting human connection, activity, motion, emotion, and the spirit of
faith and sharing are best.

Legal Notice: By submitting photos to this email address, you are
granting permission for the photos and the subjects depicted therein to
be used and displayed for public viewing at the 2007 SWTX / UMC Annual
Conference. Inclusion or omission of photos in the final artwork is at
the sole discretion of the Worship & Music Sub Committee of the
Southwest Texas Conference / UMC. Photo submissions will be used for the
sole purposes of religious communication and artistic renderings for the
event described above and will not be sold, reproduced or used in a
manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the original
submission. Photos will not be returned.
