Registration Form for Lay Member to Annual
Conference
In going thru the charge/church conference reports, I notice
several of you have failed to include a copy of the Registration
Form for Lay Member to Annual Conference form. Please be sure to
complete the form, mail the original to the Conference Office
and a copy to us here in the district Office. If you have
already done so, thank you very much.
