Ed Engleking
with the Texas Methodist Foundation is offering two training events for
the Christian Finance Course Training. The first event is scheduled for
April 14, 2007 at FUMC Harlingen, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The second
event will be held April 21, 2007 at FUMC Edinburg, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00
p.m.
Child care
will be available at both events.
The purpose of
these two events is to train representatives, and they in turn, take the
course back to their church and share the course with others that are
interested. I am also told you do not have to be a trainer to attend
these events.
Anyone is invited to either of the sessions
for their own personal benefit.
We
have attached a flyer to assist you in getting the word out. Please be
sure to include this information on your bulletin boards, as bulletin
inserts and in your newsletters. There is valuable information for all
at these events. If you are unable to open the attachment, please let
